Inktober was launched in 2009 by illustrator Jake Parker as part of a daily thematic drawing routine. Every day, a new word emerges and illustrators all over the world get something out of it. Originally, people did it in ink, pen or watercolour, but things are changing and nowadays, many illustrators do it in the form of digital illustrations.
I recently discovered Procreate so I decided to join Inktober digitally. This forces me to draw without vector shapes - my mental illness -, to look for something else that I don't do in my usual work.
